・We do not accept cancellations or refunds for any membership type due to customer reasons after payment has been completed.
・Within one week of your application, we will send an email to confirm your membership details. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
・If you change your registered information, such as address or phone number, please contact us promptly.
・For the initial shipment of various benefits, we expect it to be around late August 2026. For subsequent enrollments, items will be shipped to your registered address within 2 weeks of enrollment, in principle.
・In cases of a large number of participants for fan interaction events or other events, a lottery will be held.
