2026/27 JFL Matchday 1 Criacao Shinjuku vs. Yokogawa Musashino FC "Running Class" Application Form

This form is for applying to the "Running Class" to be held on Sunday, August 30th, during the match against Yokogawa Musashino FC.
Participants will have the opportunity to run on the track at the official match venue and learn "basic movements for running fast" in a fun way from instructors who are experts in track and field.

• Date & Time: Sunday, August 30th, 18:30 Kick-off
• Venue: Ajinomoto Field Nishigaoka

■ Event Overview

• Time: 16:30〜17:30
• Meeting Time: 16:20
• Meeting Place: Designated location within Ajinomoto Field Nishigaoka
  *Details will be announced separately once finalized.
• Target Age: Children from pre-school to junior high school
• Maximum Capacity: 50 people
  *Participation is limited to those with a ticket to watch the match.
  *If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held.

■ Schedule

• Application Deadline: Until 18:00 on Tuesday, August 25th (5 days before the match day)
• Lottery Results Notification: You will be notified by email by Thursday, August 27th.

■ Notes

• Match Tickets: A ticket to watch the match on the day is required to participate in this event.
• In Case of Rain: The event will be cancelled in case of rain. If cancelled, you will be notified on the official website or by email by the morning of the day.
• In Case of Injury: In the event of an injury, first aid will be provided, but we cannot be held responsible for subsequent care. Please be aware of this in advance.
• Publicity Use: Photos and videos taken on the day may be used on the club's official website, social media, and by the media.
