"Everyone's Pitch!" Participation Application Form

This is a special event where you can enjoy kicking the ball around on the pitch while the excitement of the match is still in the air. Come enjoy soccer together with the players on the grass, a place you don't normally get to enter!

・Time: 15:15–15:45 (scheduled)
*The event will take place after the 13:00 kickoff match. Start times may change depending on the progress of the match.
・Meeting Time: 15:10
・Meeting Place: Designated area inside Ajinomoto Field Nishigaoka *Details will be sent via email to winners separately.

[Eligibility]
Children of elementary school age or younger
*Limited to those who have a match ticket for this game (including accompanying guardians). Match tickets are not required for children of elementary school age or younger.

[Event Details]
・Participants can enjoy kicking a ball freely on the pitch (grass), an area usually off-limits to the public.
・Players are scheduled to participate after the match. *Participation may be cancelled depending on the players' conditions.

[Application Information]
・Application Deadline: Monday, October 19, 18:00 (5 days before the match)
・Winner Announcement: We will notify winners via email by Wednesday, October 21 (3 days before the match).

・Time: Approx. 15:15–15:45 (scheduled)
*This will take place after the 13:00 kickoff match. The start time may be shifted depending on the progress of the match.
・Meeting Time: 15:10
・Meeting Place: Designated area within Ajinomoto Field Nishigaoka *Details will be sent via email to winners.

【Activity Details】
・Participants will have free time to kick a ball around on the pitch (grass), an area usually off-limits.
・Players are scheduled to participate after the match ends. *Participation may be cancelled depending on the players' physical condition.

【Application Details】
・Application Deadline: Tuesday, October 27, 18:00 (5 days before the match)
・Winner Announcement: Winners will be notified via email by Thursday, October 29 (3 days before the match).

【Important Notes】（Please read carefully）
・Access: Only the selected child may enter the pitch. Parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the pitch (grass area) and must watch from the designated viewing area.
・Attire/Footwear: Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes (sneakers). Cleats, heels, etc. are not permitted.
・Bringing a ball: The number of balls provided by the club is limited. If possible, please bring your own ball (we recommend writing your name on it to prevent loss).
・Belongings/Accessories: Only a ball may be brought onto the pitch. Please leave items such as smartphones with your parent/guardian, and for safety reasons, please remove all necklaces, earrings, watches, etc. before participating.
・In case of rain: The event will be cancelled in the event of rain. In the case of cancellation, we will inform you via an announcement at the venue or by email on the day.
・Publicity: Photos and videos taken during the event may be used on the club's official website, social media, etc.
